The bugs are okay for the most part so he does a good job. He is reliable. They accidentally deleted the list of their clients so we were lost for awhile but it wasn't their fault, we called them and they explained it to us then came by. They are pretty good.

They gave an exact time for the appointment and told me the name of who would be coming. Chad arrived exactly on time and was very courteous and professional. He did a very thorough job of spraying the outside, even taking the time to lift up heavy pavement stones to inspect for ant nests. Also, he took the time to explain what he was doing and offered to come back for free if any problems came up.

HE IS EXCELLENT. WE RECOMMEND HIM TO OUR FRIENDS BECAUSE HE SHOWS UP AT THE SAME TIME EVERY MONTH, AND WILL MAKE A SPECIAL TRIP AT NO CHARGE IF WE HAVE ANY PROBLEMS.

I AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE WORK THAT THEY DO. I DON'T HAVE ANY PEST PROBLEMS AT ALL, SINCE I HAVE STARTED USING THIS COMPANY. THE WORKERS ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND EXTREMELY NICE.
