I had already received a few quotes for the work, and contacted my neighbor to share in some of the fencing costs. The realtor/ neighbor suggested Mike Granat, as she works with him often in her career. Mike came to the house for an estimate and was great. He explained in detail the fencing process, including the post replacement, differences between cedar and redwood, and even the type of screws, rather than nails, to replace the fence. Mike was also very helpful in reference to the exterior paint color and trim. After completing the paint job, Mike handed me a roll of tape and a marker and suggested I go around the house and mark any places that were missed, in which he later touched up.
Overall, Mike's whole crew was very professional. He was very prideful of his work and it showed with detailed, quality work. I would recommend Mike to take care of all your general contracting needs, as well as major projects throughout your home.
