He repaired items that were damaged badly by a tenant. He did a number of repairs. He did them well and quickly. He didn't charge a lot of money. He cleaned out the building. He took out barrels of trash. His pricing was very fair. I would use them again and recommend their service. He was attentive and communicated well. He was just great.
