Very professional. On time explained everything they would do and completed as scheduled.

They should up late. The owner said he would take 250 off the bill that cause to me to be late for work. Lied and didn t take anything off. Then charged me full price and add extra $25. Didn t even finish the job.

I received 3 bids. Daryl, owner of Master Air Duct Cleaning, was 75% less than a bid received from So Cal...(competitor) He and his son did fabulous job, they were very thorough, totally cleaned up after service was performed...would never know they had been there. My 1500 sf home was built in the early 60's and I had a terrible "dust" problem. I used very expensive "3M Filtrete" filters...no help. Daryl showed me pictures (before & after) from inside my registers and returns and I could see the amount of dirt and dust that had accumulated over the years. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Master Air Duct Cleaning.

Daryl is a very good technician. He might be a bit busy at times to return messages, but he will get back to you. Did quote over the phone, making it easy. The reason for 4 stars isn t because of bad service, it s too soon to know about the questions asked to rate as a 5 star. He had to do additional work which we didn t know we needed. I do feel confident everything is fine, and I will reevaluate at a later time. (once we are actually using the HVAC). I will hire him again Definitely.

The professional from Master air duct was just that...a PROFESSIONAL. In every sense of the word. He was thorough, pleasant, informative and did a great job. He made my wife and I feel as though we got our money's worth. I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future.

Very good at customer service

I had an issue with rats in my air ducts. MADC came out on a Sunday and took care of everything. Daryl is very friendly and professional. He explained the whole process. Price was very fair and he went the extra mile to fix some damage that he did not have too. Going to use him in the future when it comes time to upgrade my system. Great company. 6 star rating

My appointment was for later in the week but they had an opening sooner and called to see if they could come the next day, which was great, as my drying was taken no so long to dry. My duct was almost completely plugged. I can’t believe how fast they worked! I’ll will be spreading their name around as an awesome company!!! I will call them sooner next time ❤️
