M and M Carpet Cleaning

Description of Work: Sonny, and his assistant were at the property approximately 2 hours. They gave us an estimate of $300.00 for 2,200 square feet. They got there and the assistant was moving pretty fast. The job was done haphazardly and the edges of the carpets weren't even touched. There were even indentions in the carpet left from a basket left on the carpet. There were pet spots that didnt come up. We called and got an estimate with another company their estimate was $600. they got the dirt off the edges and got the stains up.Meanwhile I called Sonny and asked him to come back to the site and see the carpets. He said he would make it right and return my 300.00. He was supposed to meet me at the house at 5:00. He never showed up or returned my calls. M and M carpets could have made it right. I would never refer M and M carpets to anyone.
