LOWE'S

The young man in the department seemed knowledgable but was not. He gave me a quote for the square footage I gave him which would save us a thousand dollars. The carpet samples I brought home are twenty-five dollars each-fine- though that was not disclosed when I left the department. I choose a carpet from the samples and tried to make an appt for a quote. I was on the phone 30 minutes before I was told it would cost $35 for the quote, fine. I would have to wait for a call from someone to schedule an appt but was told I had to give my credit card before would call me. At that point I told him that I would be returning the samples and would not need a quote. I did find the original quote did not include pad, removal, or haul away. So now there is no savings whatsoever.

It went good. They were good.

I go to Lowe's all the time, it's almost like second home. I didn't receive the card and I had to call and get it. The guy who got it to me got it to me quickly.

THEY DID A REALLY CRAPPIE JOB AT FIRST. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE SEEN A COMPANY HIRE PEOPLE THAT DIDN'T DO THEIR JOB LIKE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. THEY DID COME BACK AND FIX IT FOR MY FREE OF CHARGE THOUGH.

THIS COMPANY WENT BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL ABOUT THEIR WORK. I WAS ALSO VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR WORK AND HOW POLITE THEY WERE.

THE CREW HAD DONE A VERY GOOD JOB. THE WORK WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY WERE ALSO VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO INSTALL CARPETS TO ANYONE.

THIS COMPANY PROVIDED VERY GOOD SERVICE. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT WITH THEIR WORK. I THOUGHT THE COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE ALSO PUNCTUAL.

I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE TILE THAT WAS INSTALLED IN MY HOUSE. LOWE'S CAME IN ON TIME AND WORKED EFFICIENTLY AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

THE WORKERS HAD DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB. WHEN WORKING, THEY MADE SURE THAT THEY DID NOT GET THE CARPET DIRTY. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE JOB THAT THEY HAD DONE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS NOT VERY GOOD CONSIDERING THE SUBCONTRACTOR WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL ME TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS IN ONE WEEK BUT TOOK ALMOST THREE WEEKS AND I ASKED HIM TO DO ONE EXTRA THING AND I WOULD PAY HIM EXTRA BUT IT WAS NOT DONE.
