John responded promptly. He came out to address the problem with our whole house fan. Through conversation via emails, he thought it might be one isdue. However, upon inspection he realized that was not the issue and told me how I'd be able to fix it myself (& save me money). I opted for him to do it then and there. He completed the job throughly and extremely professionally. We will definitely be calling John when we need a handyman again!

They did a great job! Their price is reasonable for the work they did and compared to other quote that I have received. I really like their service I can't say anything that I dislike; they showed up on time and finish the job on time.

Honesty and excellent work again! After completing work on the exterior of our house, I had John by for some help with the kitchen. I just hated the look of the kitchen in general and the cabinets specifically. We talked about them and he could have sold me a job refinishing or painting the cabinets since that was the direction I was leaning. Instead, he advised that I wash and oil them to restore the wood. He told me that the end panels had never been put in place by the original builder which is why the cabinets looked so shabby. He also noted that the tile was fine - except on the island - but the grout needed work. Finally, we discussed options for the island. With his advice, I washed and oiled the cabinets. He put on the end panels and added knobs and drawer pulls. He replaced the sink and had the grout replaced and sealed. He removed the tile top on the island and replaced it with the most beautiful piece of butcher block that I have ever seen. He even bought the oil for it and rubbed it down once it was in position. I love my kitchen now. John could have talked me into a very costly remodel but he listened and using his years of experience he provided great advice. He'll be the one I call to remodel the bathrooms, guaranteed.

The first day John and his son Adam arrived, they coated floor and walls with plastic, put up scaffolding, tore out and hauled away all of the old drywall from the ceiling. John did the rest of the job on his own. We saved at least an hour a day because, although he offered to tear down all of the plastic on a daily basis, I told him not to bother because it seemed stupid to do the same work over and over. He began work on 3/12/12 and finished 10 days later. He cleaned up on a daily basis and is one of the most hard-working people it has ever been my pleasure to meet. The original job was to just put up insulation and new drywall, but after seeing all of the work he was proficient at, I expanded the contract to include everything else mentioned above. This was a huge job for one person and he did it extemely well.

John showed up the day after I called him to provide me with an estimate of what I wanted done, took measurements and received 10% down and a material draw on 02/22/12. He did all of the prep work on the metal and wood at his residence and although the work was delayed somewhat by rain, once he arrived to complete fabrication and install the gates, he did it in one day. The entire experience went exceptionally well!
