We were really pleased with them. We would use them again.

Once we agreed to go with JC Construction, they set a date to repair the roof.  On the agreed to date the come out and repaired the roof, but failed to tell us when they would be out to complete the interior work.  After several weeks, they called and set a date to do the interior repair.  They came out on that date and did the interior repair.  The quality of their work was very good, their initial response and repair was prompt and their crews were professional.  Our only issue was the uncertainty regarding the timing of the exterior and interior repair, which in hind sight, I probably could have prevented by contacting them more often.

We loved working with Coby. He is a friendly young man who takes the time to talk to you and explains everything that will happen. He is a little bit higher in price than the other bids but we felt that he would pay attention to the details and we were not disappointed.

Eris Morris was a pleasure to work with. He made good suggestions, and was flexible and accommodating. When a problem leak recurred during painting, his crew got right on it and fixed the problem. They were also willing to do a number of "little extras" at no extra charge i.e. installed a new ceiling fan. The job was finished in a timely manner and looks beautiful! We are very pleased and would absolutely use them again.

It was better than we agreed upon. They actually did additional work and still charged the original amount even though I agreed in advance to pay for the additional work.

After getting about 6 estimates, we chose JC for their quality of workmanship based on Coby's sales abilities. We got a 40 year roof for less than some quoted us for a 30 year roof. We were kept informed of all progress in scheduling out project and given plenty of notice before the job began. I was overwhelmed with the speed and completeness of the job. They could have easily finished in 2 days had it not been for inspection delays. They cleaned up very well everyday. It wasn't immaculate but it was much better than I had anticipated. They put a new roof on our neighbors house at the same time and we are both thrilled.

Great. Coby was great about getting back to me, getting a timely quote & when it came time to do the roof, he was keeping in touch, letting me know what was going on every step of the way. I was pretty nervous about finding a decent roofing company here in Fresno but I am very happy with the product & the price. I wish there was a little more clean up afterwards but it was definitely nothing I would complain about. Overall a great job!
