Jessie said he was experienced and knew what he was doing. With the tree that was pruned, several large branches snapped off days after he left. The tree was obviously pruned incorrectly and posed a dnager to people and cars parked nearby. With the tree that was removed, he said he would apply a chemical stump remover - he did NOT. I called him several times to ask him about it, he said he would come back. He never did. Eventually, he got tired of me calling and said he was NOT coming back. He did NOT finish the job. Since he had the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) symbol in his ads, I reported him to ISA. They had never heard of him. He was fraudulently using the symbol to fool the public. Also, I selected Jessie because there was a coupon in the ad. Jessie would NOT honor the coupon. He did not give a reason.
