Made an appointment for noon and they were ready to meet and explain levels of tinting, types of tinting and prices. Clearly explained everything. Said he would call when it was finished. By the time 5:00 pm came and no call, we called him and found the car was ready. Not sure if it was just finished up or if he forgot to call, but it wasn't a huge deal. Picked up car, windows were tinted beautifully!! Did an excellent job. A few areas where water was still inside (very small), but he said it would dry up and everything would look great. Went over the warranty guarantee and other directions to follow when cleaning and what not do in the next few days. Been a week, and windows look beautiful!! Water dried up and everything is great. Would recommend them to friends and use them again for future cars.
