They have very good service. I wanted to buy a car there but they just didn't have what I wanted. I like Honda North very much. It was warranty covered but they are competitive.

I was given a free oil change because I was inconvenienced by a previous service at Honda North. They replaced the sun roof inner fabric part. After I got home, that part wouldn't close. I had to take the car back. They ended up fixing it but, because of the inconvenience, I received a free oil change to be used later.
When I took the car in, I asked for the 5/20 oil, which is acceptable, although the oil cap says 5/30. The service writer wrote down and quot;cap is wrongand quot; and and quot;5/20and quot; on the service order. I also asked them not to wash the car because it had recently been painted and I didn't want to risk damaging the new paint job.
When I picked up the car, I noticed that it was sort of clean. They ran it through the car wash, but the windshield was smeared. I called them and left a complaint. The service manager who called me back was very nice. He tried to restore my faith in Honda North, but I'm afraid I can't trust them to follow even the simplest of instructions. I didn't mention the wrong oil being used because I didn't look at the completed service receipt until later. Maybe they thought I was being petty for complaining about a service that is supposed to be a good thing. But, the car was left with dirty glass and water spots on my new paint.

Honda North delivered good service at a fair price. They alerted me as to potential problems and told me how much it would take to fix it. I would recommend them for Honda owners.

I use them about twice a year for oil changes and other maintenance. They are expensive but they are good. Since my car is a Honda I want to stick with a dealer. I have taken my car to other garages in the past and always had problems ,but with Honda North I never have a problem. Their repairs last.

We have been using Honda North for the last 5 years. We recently purchased a new vehicle there and the sales people were very professional and helpful. We never felt pressured or misled. The price was very competitive and fair. Vehicle was delivered as promised. Most of our experience is with the service department. I do some routione care for my vehicles, and have an excellent independent mechanic for more involved work. But the convenience of Honda North to our home, and the resonable prices they charge for routine fluid changes, etc. have us using them time to time. Service advisors have always been very helpful and professional, and if they don't have an immediate answer, research it, not give you excuses, as I've experienced with some other dealerships in the past. The car is always ready on time, and they comment on other services they might be recommended but are never pushy in selling such services, even suggesting more economical solutions. I prefer a reputable mechanic over a dealership, generally meaning lower costs and better quality. But as dealerships go, HN is among the top in my book.

THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN VERY NICE TO WORK WITH OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS. I HAVE BEEN TAKING MY CAR THEIR FOR A FEW YEARS AND NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HAVE VERY GOOD QUALITY OF WORK.
