Golden Key Express

My experience with Golden Key Express went very well. There were great. They were professional. From start to finish, everything worked very smoothly. The driver was amazing. He got my car there without any damage exactly when he said he was going to be getting it. He was very pleasant to work with. It was a good experience. They were completely on top of it. The secretary is the one who manages and schedules everything. She went above and beyond to try to accommodate me. They got me on an earlier shipment. She spoke to the driver. She spoke to me on the weekend, when she wasn't working.

Everyone has been very helpful in the process of transporting my vehicle. They advised me that it would be about 6-10 days before my car would be delivered. They will be picking up my car at my mother's home and drop it off near my new home. I really appreciated that when I called for a quote I was speaking with a live person and not an automated system. Most of the correspondence has been through e-mail but when needed I can speak with someone.

Once I started working directly with the trucking company everything went smooooothly **AVOID USING A BROKER CALL THIS COMPANY DIRECT** I had such a horrible experience with a broker who was moving from one company to another while poaching leads from the first co. In my case, I did use another broker who charged $100 once they comfirmed a transporter and then we paid $700 when the car arrived in Miami.
