Refer to work performed. We really feel 'suckered' by these folks. They sure talked themselves up, then didn't produce at all. In many cases they made things dirtier than they were before they arrived. It's only 2 of us - we aren't messy people - just looking for a good cleaning service. It sure isn't FSC. Their concept of clean is far from reality and I TRULY am NOT picky - I just wanted a clean house! I let them know mopping my floors was my #1 priority. They did them last & spent no more than 5 minutes on them all. They didn't even sweep them first, just sprayed some goop and smeared it around. Did bathrooms, kitchen, dining, breakfast and front room floors WITH THE SAME MOP & NEVER ONCE RINSED THE MOP - NEVER!!! Later, if a SINGLE drop of water got on the floors it turned them into a Slip 'N Slide & several times I fell - it took my pour husband over 4 straight hours and NUMEROUS scrubbings to finally wash that goop off! Save the hassle - hire someone else. FSC's a rip-off!
