Property Management
They have always been extremely slow with getting me my rent check. I have received numerous false promises. There office is rarely open during their stated office hours. They rarely answer the phone if you call. They have never returned a message I've left in the over a year I've known them and I have left many. They currently owe me over $1200 and are nowhere to be found. I have come to find out they are ripping off several owners. I am not the only one that has not been paid. DO NOT USE THESE RIP-OFF ARTISTS. Kevin Eanes is the man in charge and I have found that his license was suspended and so he used Kevin Pogosyan to sign the leases for him. The individuals that run this company should be in prison right now. If you are a homeowner that has been ripped off by Frankian, please contact Angie's List and tell them to get in contact with me. I would love to talk to you and maybe we can bring a class action lawsuit against this company.
