Discount Tire Center Co

We've bought tires from this store over 5 times and had our cars serviced there. We've bought high quality specialty tires and their brand of tires and have not had any complaints. They have fixed the brakes on my car twice. Their prices are competitive and fair. The office waiting room is pretty sparse and it smells like tires, but I am comfortable leaving my car and returning when the work is done. Steve is no longer the manager, but Darren provided excellent customer service. We received many "rewards" when purchase exceeded $400 like tickets to Island water park, Six Flags, Lakers jersey and other promotional items. These guys are just nice and friendly.

I have used Discount Tire Center Co for about 15 years for my auto repair. The last time I was there they replaced a starter and changed my oil. I would recommend them because they do a good job, much cheaper then dealers and they are reliable. I would give them an A rating and I will continue to use them.

.I have been suspicious of them for several years because when I bring my car in for the yearly maintenance they always seem to find something that my car needs, and this year they really outdid themselves. It costs me $2,000 for this repair and I was not happy. I will probably use them in the future to get my lifetime maintenance but I will be very cautious about what they tell me from now on.
