It’s a small company and Tom has been personally been involved in every job he’s done for us. He checks up on the work that’s done on a daily basis and is very particular and honest. When we remodeled the bathroom he actually gave us money back because the costs were not as high as anticipated. They are punctual and get the job got done within a reasonable amount of time. He tries to be cost effective so there are times when I have to communicate to him to upgrade to higher quality materials. Once they start working they work until the job is done. His prices are comparable to others and every very time we need something done we turn to him and we would highly recommend his services to others.
