MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT WITH BOTH THE REPAIR AND THE REPLACEMENT OF MY DRYER. THE HEATING ELEMENT WAS WORN OUT. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND RESPONSIVE.
