I have used Omar for 3+ yrs and have spent a considerable amount of money.  As time went on, Omar's communication got worse and worse. He was either very slow or didn't respond at all..   I put up with it because I liked him!  He originally installed my Control4 system and upgraded two of my AV systems with high end components and a 70" big screen.  This round consisted of upgrades to my AV systems, security cameras and upgrades to my alarm system.   He completed the installation at the end of June and was to come back and finish.  He never did.  About a week after he left, my security cameras stopped working, part of my Control4 system stopped working and I noticed that my doorbells stopped working.  Because my doorbells were on a completely different system, Omar said it couldn't have had anything to do with what they did.  In any case, Omar did not respond to my requests to fix my system.  After many emails he did however send a bill for the balance owed but said nothing about fixing my system.   I have subsequently hired another firm to get my system up and running.  They found that my doorbell system was left unplugged and most other problems were simple fixes although it still took them several hours to clean up the mess.  I find it unfortunate because Omar seems to be a nice guy.  Just not reliable and obviously not a business man. When I contacted Control4 for help, they told me that I would have to contact another Control4 dealer because Omar and Central Integration no longer had a dealership with them. He also never switched my alarm system over to the provider that he said he would.
