+ -1 moreMade an appt over the phone for the following week to get an in-home estimate, Gave the owner flexibility on time to arrive. He stated he would be at the house between 4:00 and 4:15. On the scheduled day, when it got to be 4:45 and no one had arrived I called the company. I stated my name and asked if maybe someone had gotten lost on the way to our home. He stated "Oh, I forgot". I said "Oh, you forgot? Thanks" and hung up. 3 days later I got a text from the owner saying "I'm sorry I didn't show up for our appt. I know it was rude and I'm sorry to have wasted your time". There was never an offer to make it right, reschedule the estimate or fix the problem.
Description of Work: Called for an in-home estimate for kitchen countertops.
