We have been servicing the Fresno area for over 26 years specializing in drain cleaning, water heaters, leak detection and water and sewer pipe repairs. We are normally on the job within an hour of receiving a work order, and have set pricing so you know what the job will cost before we do the work! "We called the member after going out to her rental house to give her a free estimate for a faulty faucet and called her to give her the price over the phone for the repair explaining everything at that time and giving her the price as well as the option for her to pick out a faucet of her choosing. She gave us the approval to install the faucet that we carry instead of picking out a particular faucet of her choice and knew and APPROVED the price up front before we proceeded with the job. After we did the work, she called and asked if we would reduce the price. I told her that if ever we are going to adjust a price, it would be before the work is done, not after the work is completed. She told me she was going to write a bad review, so I have been waiting for this bad review. I felt as if she was trying to blackmail me to reduce our charges because she was threatening us with a bad review. We have been in business 27 years, we do qualitry work, we give prices up front before we do any work, and although I HATE receiving bad reviews because it DOES hurt our business, I was not going to allow her to manipulate me into reducing an already agreed upon price. I simply said that if she wanted a different faucet or if she thought the price was too high, she shouldn't have had us do the work for her. The time to negotiate would have been BEFORE the work was already done. As far as her saying that we hung up the phone, she called in the evening when I was in the grocery store and we lost connection. When she called back saying I had hung up on her, I apologized and explained that I was shopping and lost service. If anyone has ever been to the grocery store, you probably have had that happen as well. Please don't let this review sway you from calling us. We would not have not stayed in business for 27 years if we provide bad service, charge too much, or are rude to our customers. THANK YOU!!!"
