Over all my experience with this company was a total disaster. The service man did a good job when I was home.which was very seldom during this time. We made a verbal agreement that he would come service the pool every wednesday which he did not abide by. He would come on any day that he felt like it. Sometimes he would come on a monday then not show up until the following friday which is about 12 days apart which is a long way from every 7 days.
Before he quit without a word he over loaded my pool filter with D.E. causing the filter to become pluged up. When I opened the filter to see the grids I was in shock as to what I saw. The filter had about 2 inches of D.E.on the grids. When I removed the grids I also found about 4 to 5 inches of D.E. mud in the bottom of the filter. About every 3 months the pool would get algie in it which told me that he did not put the proper chemicals if any in the pool.
I tried to reach the service man to find out why he just quite coming but could not get any response from my phone calls and messages that I left. In my opinion this is very poor customer relations and shows nothing but unprofessional conduct for any type of business.
I would never recommend All Brite pools to anyone as they are not reliable.
