1. These people were very late. 2. Justin was here for only 10 minutes and they asked for a $65 service fee, for only conversing. 3. They didn't troubleshoot the unit, only turning off/on. 4. They tried to upsell the service, even though it was a warranty job. They said it was going to cost upwards of $500 out of my pocket. 5. They concocted a reason not to do a warranty job; therefore costing me out-of-pocket money. I had a warranty when I bought the house. When you see this company arrive, RUN away, don't walk. These guys are like the plague. They don't answer the phones & don't call back. CALL THESE GUYS LAST IN THE FRESNO AREA!
Description of Work: Bought the house in late October 2016, moved in November 14, 2016. Pool pump was leaking during the winter and I asked Old Republic Home Protection to warranty this item. ORHP picks the low ball bidder Aqua Brite Pools of Clovis, Ca.
