Redwood Residential Fence

Jesus the estimator did an excellent job. My neighbors that I had to split the cost of the new fence with moved to Nevada right in the middle of everything and I was left getting all the estimates (3) from different companies. I did get the neighbor to sign off on a paper saying that she would be responsible for paying her section, which Jesus reassured me would be THEIR problem if she decided not to pay, since they were long gone by the time the fence was built. Jesus also reassured me about gravel that need to get moved and the property line post being kept in its proper spot. I give these guys an "A" rating. Quality workmanship, reasonable pricing, showing up when they said they would, all those things go in to that rating, and more.

Everything went as well as you could want. they came and gave their estimate promptly. they were the lowest price. and they built a beautiful fence.All personnel were friendly and efficient

My finished fence looks great, the same, which is what I wanted, just newer and better.  When I scheduled it, it was a month out, but honestly other fence companies I got quotes from were on the same timeline.  They seem to really know fences, and although the time spent on the quote seemed brief, they heard exactly what I needed and delivered it.  It took a little longer than I think they anticipated - a few unplanned obstacles, but stayed in their original quote.  I would definitely use them again when my other fence falls down!

Ubi was very responsive to coming out and giving us a quote in 2012.  Because we move at a snail's pace, we didn't get it done right away, but when we saw Ubi at a home show in the spring of 2013, he told us he would honor the previous quote.  We set it up and not only was he prompt, he called to see if he could come a day earlier.  Did the job, and the fence looks great.

    Ubi Ruiz arrived on time for the free estimate. He organized his estimate into 5 sections so that each homeowner knew what their portion of the estimate would be. He presented pictures of styles we could choose from, discussed the quality of redwood we could choose from, and worked the schedule to meet our needs. He also worked individually with each of the other homeowners who wanted to replace other sections of their fences (which also included more shared fence lines!) 
    Our work team was headed by Carlos, with Juan and Lionel. They arrived when they said they would, all worked hard, efficiently and very well together. They knew exactly what they were doing. They were polite, respectful, and each evening left the work area clean.
    No money was exchanged until the work was finished and approved. Ubi presented each homeowner with their own statement, which was exactly as the estimate.
    I would and have recommended Redwood Residential Fence to others.
