called out to a waterleak. When Strohmeyers associate came out He explained that it would be to costly to find and fix leak. That it was recomended that I have the company replace the entire waterline. With a cost of 5000.00 I about came off my rocker. Well you are the expert cant you find it and fix it? Boss Ed Strohmeyer said that he was not to find and fix the leak that it was to recommend a re pipe, no exceptions. The associate looked and within 4 hrs had found and fixed the leak. To find out later the associate was reprimanded and punished. I have to say this guy Ed Strohmeyer should be investigated.
