I checked all my records and schedule for the end of October through November of this year and have no records of you or that address as my customer. I do all my own work and do not have employees or use any subcontractors. I do this so that I know that my customers are dealing directly with me as the owner at all times. I take great pride in my company as being the most honest, affordable, and highest quality workmanship of the garage door companies in Lake county. To see this review really concerns me, on all other review sites that are out there I have never received below a perfect score. It seems that you are not happy with the company it was that you hired, which makes me unhappy because it gives our industry a bad name.
