Chemicals were adjusted and balanced accurately and timely. When things are going well he is great. Issue with troubleshooting when there is a problem and then acting to correct the problem., so slow to react at times it becomes too late to keep the pool at a functioning level - ie too much algae in the pool to swim.

The experience was good. They are reliable and the pool is always clean. If there is a problem they address it promptly.

The pool is serviced every week, without fail. The filter is cleaned, when needed.

It's a small operation. The regular fee is $115, but then there are some additional charges that come in. So, the average is about $150 a month. The pool service guy is reliable and pleasant to do business with. His prices are reasonable. He was responsive when we asked about extra things. We recommend him and we are happy with his service. It's the same guy all the time and he does a good job. I would use their services in the future too.
