It all started when the plants began to die along the back fence for lack of water. We thought the problem was in the irrigation system. But no luck. So we called Bill and he traced it back all the way to a faulty water pipe at the back of the house by the kitchen. Turns out it was not only responsible for the low water pressure in the irrigation system but in the kitchen sink as well! After Bill identified the problem and fixed  it, we were in business again. My plants are healthy and my dishes are clean. This is an example of how persistent Bill is--he stays with it until he can figure out what's needed and he can complete the job. Thank you, Bill.
