FLOORS TO GO DANVILLE

It was good experience with them. I spent about $4,000 on that work. They were punctual and efficient. The crew was good and I was pleased with the service. They did have a store front here in Danville, but the closed that and now work out of Concord.

They were very responsive when first called and came out that same week to prepare a quote. This quote compared well (slightly lower) than an alternate quote we received for the same work. We went to Danville to get samples - we took forever to decide, but Mike did not mind We initially scheduled the work for the weekend when we were going to be out of town and then after discussing the work, rescheduled for a weekday so that our pets did not get out while they were working. They were very flexible and had no problem with the schedule change (and worked around our pets). Mike is very easy to work with and their work was beautiful. When it came time for upstairs carpets we did not even look anywhere else. They did all the carpet in a single day and cleaned up the mess. It was like they were not even here except we had new carpet.

This is the second floor they've done for us. The first time we got three bids, and their price was best. This time we just went right to Mike. Installation was fast and professional. Follow-up was timely (to install custom vents that were special ordered). We would not use anyone else.

There were a few guys that showed up to do the work and they were professional. I liked them as they were on time and very pleasant. It did not take them very long to get the job done. Overall, I would say they just did a really good job.

FLOORS TO GO WAS VERY POLITE RIGHT FROM THE START. THEY TREAT US GOOD AND LET US TAKE OUR TIME DECIDING WHAT WE WANTED. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND DID A GOOD JOB.
