They didn't charge me. I had the insurance with Comcast, so that if they have to make a house visit that I don't get charged. It is only a couple of bucks per month for the insurance and well worth it. I am very pleased with Comcast other than its pricing. I think its pricing is too high, but I think almost every cable company is charging too much for what they give. At the time I decided to go for their service, they had a special billing and the price that they offered me was an excellent price, so I had a really great price for about 2 years. They are available 24/7 which I really like. There are many times being disabled I am up many nights in pain and something might go wrong with my TV or my Internet service, and I can get somebody immediately on the phone to have it dealt with. If they can't fix it on their end, they set up an appointment for someone to come. I would use them again in the future.
