For our Commercial customers, we provide a full range of service to existing HVAC, Refrigeration, Ice Machine and professional cooking equipment and installation of new equipment. Our AC wasn’t cooling the house properly. I contacted Nathan and he responded promptly the next day at the designated time. He was professional, personable and very knowledgeable. However, he was unable to fix the problem with the AC at that time and informed me he would do some research to try and come up with a solution... he took pictures of the unit and said he would contact me the following day to give an update.. It’s been well over a week and I’ve never heard back. I’ve left messages through Angie’s List and on their office phone. No response. I’m absolutely ok with every other aspect of his service but cannot give a full thumbs up simply because of this odd outcome. If it couldn’t be fixed, fine...we just needed to know so we could move forward with a second opinion and/or purchasing a new unit .. instead we’ve been left in 90+ degree weather not knowing what to do.

They were really great!  On time, on budget.  Did a great job.  In fact they offered to come back and "readjust" the duct work after a couple weeks as we got used to it.  We took them up on that and they came back and modified it at no cost.  Just a wonderful experience with Clayton Brother's.
