Bob arrived on time and was very professional, courteous and personable. Very well prepared and got to work right away. When he was done, there was less moisture in the carpet than from previously used carpet cleaners and the carpet was cleaned nicely. Months later, 99% of the spots were still gone and had not resurfaced as we had experienced with other carpet cleaners.
