My Jenn-Aire refrigerator, purchased in 1991, was leaking water (the unit has water and ice in the door). Bruce came to take a look and see if it could be fixed. He determined that a part in the back (I don't remember what it is called) needed to be replaced and he located the part, even though the refrigerator is 23 years old. He gave me his price to fix the leak. He also noticed that the refrigerator door didn't always seal without closing it firmly, and there was something wrong with the seal. Turns out that the seal needed to be adjusted at the bottom, which he did (at no charge). He showed us that putting HEAVY things in the bottom shelf of the refrigerator door for 23 years was causing the door to rub on the bottom on the inside of the refrigerator, and also affecting the seal.
I couldn't be more pleased. Bruce was recommended to us by a shop that sells appliance parts and I am very grateful to have found him.
