I have been using them for a decade. They are close and convenient. They are professional, and clean. The equipment is always updated, they are very professional, but expensive.

You can pay a fee and enjoy it, but it is not like a chain.  It is a single club in Claremont.  It is a complex and it has just about everything.  It is a physical fitness center.  They have a full schedule of aerobic activities and classes including yoga which not everybody does.  They have a spinning class and they have a large enough cardiac area or aerobic area with lots of machines.  They have an Olympic size swimming pool.  They also have a smaller pool.  They have a huge kids’ program during the summer.  They have 29 tennis courts, many of them lighted.  The spinning class is on bicycles.  I have been going there for three years.  They have a snack bar and a small shop.  They also have right there a spa, although it is separate.  They have a barber shop and beauty shop.  You have to pay extra for the spa and barber shop.  There is a childcare center as well.  They market to the people in Claremont which is a fairly affluent community.  They do a lot of stuff.  The swimming teams of their high school uses their facility.  It is a community facility, but privately owned and you pay membership.  They have a great staff.  I had my heart attack over there which was not an expected thing.  They took great care of me.  They were all well trained to handle if anything like that happened.  They are a little expensive, but considering what you get, it is fine.
