Art showed up on time and got right to fixing the problem. It as a blown fuse on one of my HVAC units. He replaced the fuse and checked over all of my HVAC units to make sure they were working correctly. This included an inspection, cleaning of the condensation lines, checking the freon levels and air temperature.

They always take care of our plumbing needs and know what they are doing.

They were superb. Not only did he install a new faucet for us in the kitchen, he straightened out the faucets in our bathroom that were a bit crooked at no extra cost. He showed up on time, and was very honest and fair priced.

Shower was backing up especially when sink nearby was also running for any length of time. A different provider had been out and said it was a main line stoppage, refused to even attempt to run a snake in the drain, and said it would cost us a fair amount to fix. Called Rene's Plumbing to see if they would do the work we originally thought we needed and they showed up within an hour a half of my call. The tech determined it was NOT a main line issue and was able to clear the drains in about an
hour and for a lot less than we had been quoted elsewhere. He took care to not make a mess under the sink while he was working. He also pointed out an additional issue with our sink that we will need to address but no pressure to have them perform the work. Very satisfied with the work, the professionalism, and the fast service.

It was great. They were in and out. They came within 15 minutes of calling them. They were very efficient.

They arrived on time and worked fairly fast and cleanly. In a couple of days after the work was done, we noticed that the water supply line in the bathroom had been reversed, so hot was cold and cold was hot. I also found that my new floor tile around the toilet had been cracked when the toilet was set, the faucets in the kitchen that had leaked were now turning on and off in complete reverse to what they had. additionally we found that the toilet that needed the seat replaced had been cracked and now was leaking. I thought I should call them back to fix what they had done or not done, but decided that at least two of the items ( the cracked tile and the cracked toilet) would have had to be known when they were doing the job, and nothing was mentioned to me. I felt that they either did the best job they could, or didn't know how to do a better job. I never called them and complained.

He was really good. He seemed very knowledgable and was a hard worker.

They delivered. I have used them for repairs but not for complete replacement. They knew what they were doing. Their price was reasonable. I would use him in the future.

Art knew right away what the problem was and explained it to us. He and Ed repaired the problem in less than half an hour and the hot water was back to normal.

I know some plumbers would have told us we needed a new water heater, but Art said the water heater was in good shape and a simple repair would take of the problem at a minimal cost to us.

I have used Rene Plumbing Repair several times in the past and have always been100% satisfied.

Major water leak under cement slab. In one day, two men re-routed the water pipe 56 feet through the garage, up the garage wall through attic, cut 7 holes in various walls that was repaired perfectly. The plumbing was completed in one day and very little mess, they told me it wouldn't. They cleaned up completely and did not leave until the job was completed.
