PROFESSIONAL HARDWOOD FLOORS

This review is long overdue, but after touring a house that's on the market with wood floors that were also done by Jose Vargas, I knew I had to do this. His work is great and his prices are reasonable.
We bought our current house last year (9/2014) and knew immediately we had to refinish the wood floors. Jose was local and came the following day to our house and gave us an estimate on the spot. We needed most of the rooms done except for the master bedroom and guest room. Because of the way the floors were laid he had to do the guest room, but was able to color match the wood floors to our master bedroom, and therefore skip it. He worked with our schedule and was able to finish the floors in 3 days. Jose noted that our floors had been refinished several times and that this would probably be the last time it could be refinished before we needed new wood floors to be laid. He's honest and doesn't cut corners. All in all, we are very pleased with how they turned out and have even referred them to one of our neighbors. Highly recommended.

THE COMPANY HAS A VERY GOOD REPUTATION THROUGHOUT THE CITY. THEY SANDED AND APPLIED THREE COATS OF FINISH WITH SANDING IN BETWEEN. THEY WERE INFORMATIVE AND ACCURATE OF WHAT TO EXPECT AND THE PRICE.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN EVERY WAY, ONCE THE FLOORS WERE INSTALLED THEY PUT THE FURNITURE BACK, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO FRIENDS & FAMILY THE ARE ONE OF THE BEST COMPANIES I HAVE dealt WITH.
