John arrived in less than the projected 1 hour. I kept adding things until he rekeyed my entire house and made multiple keys for me on site. He answered all of my questions and showed me how to change the combination on my digital lock (I'd lost the directions). He even made extra keys for my gate padlocks. This one hour job turned into a 5 1/2 hour job due to the complexity of my additions and needs. John stayed well past his time off to finish the job and was cheerful and helpful the entire time. My house is now secure.

I locked myself inside of property by losing the only key to my driveway
gate. Claremont Lock and Key staff freed me from captivity in a record
amount of time from when I first made the call. Additionally, both
representatives were kind, expedient, courteous, and helpful with
suggestions as to how to prevent this from happening to me again. I
will definitely use them again and highly recommend their services

Ginger was very pleasant when making my appointment; the service tech was supposed to be at my house within a 2 hour window but never showed up. At 6:15, AFTER someone was supposed to arrive (and we'd been waiting) I called; the answering service person was very rude and snide and informed me that I needed to understand that I didn't have a set appointment time, and that was why I was given a window (remember I was calling after that time had passed). Because of prior committments, I had to cancel--plus not wanting to wait for a late night call. Ginger called me early the next morning, apologized profusely and offered to have a tech out at my convienence--no charge.
The tech arrived within the hour, took apart my lock and had to run back to the shop for parts. All in all, it took about an hour and it was fixed. I have another lock on a 60 year old slider that they said they needed to research; we'll see how that goes.
And the charge? Nothing. Not even for parts.
The test of a good company is not that they never have problems, but what they do to fix them when they happen. Am I satisfied? Absolutely--I would use them again.

Called Company about 9am.
Were fairly booked, but were able to accommodate me in the afternoon.
The service tech was on time.
In addition to doing the re-key, one knob needed to be replaced to match the other three locks.
The work was done in a very professional manner, and completed in a minimal amount of time.

John came out the same day I called. The price was very reasonable and he did not try to sell me hardware that wasn't needed. The locks work like new.

We got an estimate on the phone to have our exterior locks changes as we
had just moved into the house. All was done to our satisfaction and as
agreed upon over the phone. One lock was missed and when I called they
came out the next day to change it at no extra cost. The locksmith was
very helpful and made a few upgrade recommendations which we decided to
follow. He was very friendly and I would recommend this company.

They arrived on time and explained what they would be doing. They gave me a ballpark figure cost. They did the work in a timely manner and I was throughly satisfied with their work and professionalism.

I called Claremont Lock and Key and explained what was needed. The customer service rep. described how they charge and I had a hard time understanding how the service charge, hourly rate and task rate was applied. The rep. had to put me on hold several times to check with someone else to answer my questions, so she may have been a new employee. Although I still didn't quite understand how and what I would be charged for, I booked the appointment.
Two locksmiths showed up (will check the receipt for names and update the review), they were clean and professional. I explained the problem with our keys not working well and the problem with the manual flush bolt. They looked at the flush bolt and called a supervisor to describe the problem. The explanation given to me was that the supervisor wasn't comfortable with them working on it as they were accustomed to working on commercial flush bolts and not residential. I'm not sure if really was the reason as commercial flush bolts and residential flush bolts don't seem that much different, but if they weren't comfortable working on it, I would rather find someone else anyway. They recommended a local door company that I happended to be familiar with.
To determined whether I needed keys cut or the deadbolt fixed, they took apart the first lock mechanism. They found that several pins had been removed, making the lock less secure. They could cut a new key which would solve the original problem but recommended adding pins to the mechanism to make it more secure. I agreed and asked for a price. This led to me asking them to check 3 other deadbolts in the house to determine whether they had been modified as well. They checked and found the others in the same condition. I had them modify all 4 locks, and they did one of the 4 for free.
After fixing the locks, they cut 5 keys but ending up cutting a 6th and didn't charge me for it. The locks and keys work much better and their work was perfect. While working, the lead locksmith talked to me about family and kids, he had a great attitude.
Claremont Lock and Key's fee structure is difficult to understand but they were willing to work with me on price and the overall charge was not too bad for the work performed (approximately $90) . Overall, I was extremely pleased with their work and would use them again without hesitation.

The technician was great it's unfortunate that I can't remember his name. There is a mismatch screw that was used in one of the locking mechanism and because of the extent of the damage to the thread he was not able to use his power tool to take this problematic screw.
He proceeded to unscrew manually and te amount of time he took in saving that locking mechanism is equivalent to time that he would have spent on doing the entire job with no problem.
He did not charge any additional fee for his work and provided me 1 additional key from what is agreed.
I know this review will be very beneficial to the company he works for but we also need to give more credit to the technician they send.

They were very nice people and I would use them again. The guy who came out also gave me some tips on making the house more secure and installed a special kind of lock on one of the doors.

Called up and got great info over the phone and a firm estimate. They were able to come out quickly and the work was done fast. I did have an issue with one lock (it was a little hard to turn) but I called the office and they sent the tech right back out. Great customer service and a great price.

Called up and received an estimate over the phone. The gentleman I spoke with was very professional. I set it up to have them come out. The man told me upfront that Claremont Lock and Key was in the process of becoming Sanders Lock and Key and that the locksmith would be arriving in a Sanders truck and wearing a Sanders uniform. Since he warned me upfront that was fine with me. The locksmith arrived a little bit behind the original time estimate, but not a big deal. He did clean work, fast, and was polite. The final bill was exactly what the original person quoted me over the phone. Overall I was very happy.

I looked to the list for locksmiths in my area. Called the Company on late Friday afternoon. They offered a time frame of morning or afternoon. They offered a price for the work and we agreed on a morning appointment, and time. They called prior to coming asking if the time was still convenient. It was. They where here shortly after the call. I'm handicapped they were very respectful. Work was done quickly, to my satisfaction, at what I thought was a fair price. This was my first experience using the "list", If all the people on the list are as good as this company, maintaining my home just became a lot easier.

The two workers arrived at the designated time on the day that I called. They installed the code locks and explained how to use the codes for locking and unlocking positions. They cleaned up when finished. They were polite and professional. I will use them again and recommend them to others.
