The bee expert came with an assistant, introduced himself and explained the procedure. While the assistant finished, the bee expert completed the paperwork and explained how to prevent having wasp nests in the future. The price was as quoted and the representative was pleasant and appropriate.

They came the same day I called and removed the hive from my attic. Very professional, reasonable price and did not kill the bees. I am very happy with the service and highly recommend the company.

They seemed very professional over the phone. They did the job and removed all of the bees. The only thing I did not like was that when they patched the wall, they used the same chunk of plaster to fill the wall. The patch will have to be redone because new plaster needs to be used to repair the hole. However, most companies don't even repair the wall so the work was still above and beyond. They were also professional and the price was decent. I was happy with the service.

We could see bees going in and out of a crack in the wall, but couldn't tell where the hive was. We had the choice of going through the inside or outside wall, but we preferred the outside route to lesson the mess inside, especially since we were told the bees poop when they leave their hive. (So that's where all those yellow spots on my car were from!) The Bee Removers gave us a time and date (between 5 and 7 pm because that's when the bees are less active). They arrived on time, broke down the wall and removed the bees and hive. They said the bees had been there quite a while since the hive weighed between 50 and 70 pounds.
They told us we would see bees around for a few days. We did see quite a few dead bees on the driveway and by the third day we no longer saw any bees. We were given instructions on how to repair the wall so bees wouldn't be attracted. This is the third time in 6 years that we've had bees swarm and the only time they were saved.
Aside from a wry sense of humor, you can have confidence in the Bee Removers. They are willing to drive the distance as they keep bees out of town. In my estimation they charge a fair price and tell you up front before you hire them. We definitely would use them again.

They had to dig into the bricks, in the fire place to remove the bees. They did a very good job. They do not kill the bees, but, take them for orchard plantation. I liked their services and will use the same in future.
