Awful, Do not use. This guy was to do my brand new pool start up and poured chemicals in the shallow end and let sit there. He permanently lightened my brand new 17k pebble Tec. Took no accountability and denied it while it’s all on camera. He never showed back up. This guy should not be in business.

Do not use this guy. He came to do my new pool start up and ruined my pebble-Tec. He poured chemicals in the shallow end and permanently lightened a very large section. It’s devastating seeing this everyday in my pool. He took no accountability and never showed back up. He should not be in business.

Not recommended. William Pool Care was hired to do a springtime cleaning for the pool and get it ready for use. Expensive, and disrespectful to the property and owner.
