It was great. They did inside and outside.

Cleaned all windows, screens and tracks. Made them shine and I was so happy. He took his time and did it right. Great guy and he stands behind his work and will come and redo them within six months if they do not stay clean and shiny.

Window washing must be one of the most frustrating chores for a homeowner, yet having them done seemed financially frivolous. For me, they are impossible to clean without telltale streaks and smudges. Besides it seems that they don't stay clean for very long. The card advertising Dominic's services came at just the right time. With parties coming up, I called him to give me a quote. The quote was surprisingly reasonable. When he mentioned that he would clean our outdoor lamps for $3 a piece (inside and out), I jumped at the chance. To top it off, Dominic offered a 10% discount if he was hired within 2 weeks.

Dominic adds a special solution to his water that helps to make it sparkle and shine. Additionally, it repels dirt, rain, and bugs. I now understand why cleaning windows myself using either vinegar or Dawn and vinegar didn't keep them clear. I had them cleaned professionally once before and it did not last either. Apparently this solution is used by the large corporate buildings in New York and other places and it makes windows so shiny you can see the clouds reflected in the glass. I am not sure of the solution is all that's needed. Dominic does polish the glass after application. He also cleans the frames and ledges. He tells me that this cleaning should last 6 months. We've arranged for him to simple call and schedule when the time comes.

He works quietly and unobtrusively and in an organized manner. We are considering availing ourselves of his other services: Holiday lighting and gutter cleaning.

Be sure to have Dominic clean the sunny side of the home first as this is the most difficult to clean without telltale smudges and streaks, especially when the sun shines through it. There were a few streaks on our south side sliders and windows, so we called him and he came over to fix it immediately.
