Mr Ramirez was super responsive when I first started looking for a pressure washing. I honestly only knew that my patio and front porch were dirty, but I didn’t quite know how to express that until he asked defining questions and informed me on the process. He is incredibly knowledgeable. I was able to share pictures and he gave me a precise estimate. I had other contractors in mind but ultimately went with Mr Ramirez as he was the quickest to reply to my questions and the most reasonably priced. He showed up on time, got to work, and I had a beautiful porch and patio. He even cleaned my gutters and took all the tree debris away for me. He offered more services but unfortunately my apartments do everything else.
