Premier Pool & Spa currently uses Tim's for pool start-up service (remodel). They have been out weekly for the past month. Because this isn't a normal route stop, I have had different technicians. Each has seemed very knowledgable and capable (especially Nick!) and the pool looks fantastic. So much so that we are going to switch our pool service to Tim's. They are a bit pricier that others but if they show up and do a great job, it will be worth it. We have used three other pool services in the past and have had significant problems with all three (condition of pool, frequently skipped service, billing for work not performed, etc.). A good pool service is hard to find! I'm keeping my fingers crossed as I'm happy so far.

Did service without prior approval from me, and then billed me! He never would meet with me and did not want to work things out, when we had problems.

I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY. THIS COMPANY IS PRETTY WELL KNOWN AROUND THE RANCHO CORDOVA AREA. THE ARE WILLING TO WORK OUT A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE THAT IS CONVENIENT FOR YOU.
