Chris came out and inspected our roof, made minor repairs, and gave us great advice on fixing some small issues on our own. He also wrote up a quote to have optional work done in the future to extend roof life -- replacing warped boards. Very professional, stand-up guy.

I thought everything was fine until a few months after we moved in, we discovered a leak in our ceiling. Andrew German with The Roofing Company had inspected the roof and I had paid over $1200 (including $250 for a 2-year roof certification so that in case there were any issues with the roof, within 2 years, I could call him to come out and make the repairs). Only problem is this guy has disappeared, basically fell off the face of the earth. He doesn't return your calls and took down his website adn my realtor who recommended him, can't seem to locate him either. I hope nothing bad happened to him but I'm upset that I paid an extra $250 for a piece of paper that means nothing and the fact that we have a leak only a few months after we moved in. I wanted to write this review in case this man is dooping everyone and starting a new company because of his shoddy work and service.
