Rankin competed with several other roofers for the business. He came out on top not only pricewise but with his knowledge of the business and samples of his work on other homes. While some modifications were required during installation, he responded to these positively and promptly without adding excessively to the overall cost. He sent his people over repeatedly when there was a leak (during intermittent rain periods) between the main roof and the patio. We will only the know the effectiveness of those modifications when the winter rains come, yet I am confident that he will continue to address this problem (if it recurs) until it is solved.

The whole process went well. It appeared from our experince that all roofing companies offer the same choice of composite product. Andy was very easy to work with, straight forward, and did not try to over complicate any aspect of the process. We previously had a wood shake roof and believe this roof is far superior. Andy handled all permits and county inspections to sign off on the building permit. Scheduling went well. Some flexibilty is required because it is necessary to avoid rain during the process
