clock repair
+ -1 moreThe ladies were very nice and knowledgeable. And even when I insisted the problem was not a dead battery, they explained that dead batteries are usually the problem. This is why they always start there with the troubleshooting.
Description of Work: I took my clock in for repair. I insisted that the problem was not a bad battery since I had replaced the battery twice and the clock still would not work. The ladies tested the battery, which turned out to be dead, inserted a new battery and the clock worked. The ladies and I laughed and they explained this happens all the time. This is why testing the battery is always the first thing they do.
