Terrazas Landscape & Maintenance

Isaac was punctual, so I already  believed we were off to a very good start. The estimate was verbal, for a one-time clean up of both front and back yards. It was fairly steep in price and I had to think it over, but I also wanted some references from other residents in our community that he has had regular service with before I would give him my decision.  He said he would get back to me.  I felt he was being professional, and would follow up within a day or two.  I called a day or two later to find out when he would deliver me the references, so I could either call his customers, or at least drive by the residences to see the work he has done.  He has never returned my call  so I have moved on.
