Glenn was great! All of the positive reviews on Angie's List & Yelp were spot on. He re-keyed 8 locks in just over an hour. His schedule was full for the day by the time I called, but he got me on the schedule for the next day. He was on time, efficient, and professional. I appreciate his willingness to answer my questions and educate me on some of my locks. I will definitely hire him again. I have no reservations about recommending Glenn at Start With Me Keys to family and friends.

Excellent. He was able to get to my location within a half an hour of arranging for service. He was able to rekey my key and make a spare within 15 minutes. He was funny, helpful and efficient.

The cost wasn't that much. I was happy with what they did, he didn't have to come back. I give him a grade A job. I have not had anyproblems after they made the adjustment with my doors. The pricing was reasonable. It was a $75 call out for me. They took care of everything. The price was ideal. The quality was great. They were on time, it was not the next day, it was on the calling date.

Service provider arrived within the hour as he said he would. I was taking a chance trying to replace original F150 keys with blanks from the internet but the dealer wanted $300+ for each replacement key! Looked into details/specs/reviews and got two appropriate blanks from Amazon for $40. They would need to be keyed and programmed though so I shopped around and found this provider to be competitive and nearby. He also removed and replaced a key we had broken off inside the lock of one of our doors. He was friendly and knowledge and took the time to answer my questions in detail. He keyed and programmed both blanks and removed and replaced the broken house key within an hour. He also explained how it got stuck and how to avoid having it happen again. Very happy with the results.

Perfect; Glenn the owner of Start With Me Keys saved the weekend from turning into a nightmare. On Saturday morning I noticed my front door's deadbolt of 23 years wouldn't budge. I finally got the door unlocked and realized the mechanism (pins and ring) had given out. I was basically stuck inside my house locked in, or I had the choice of leaving the door unlocked. I called Start With Me Keys at about noon, Glenn answered and said he could be here in 90 minutes. He was here in less than the 90 minutes he promised. Keep in mind this was a Saturday afternoon, I was expecting a voice mail to answer or a later date for an appointment. When he arrived, I showed him an additional deadbolt that would trap the key while unlocking it. This professional offered to rekey the second deadbolt at no additional charge. I didn't have to change a key on my key ring as he made both deadbolt locks compatible with my previous key. He asked if we had any other door or lock issues and I remembered a bedroom door that wouldn't close. I figured it was a bad door frame. Glenn took a look at it and showed me that the striker plate needed to be filed down. He did that at no additional charge, finished everything in under an hour, and made my family very pleased with his high quality work and friendly demeanor. When the owner shows up to do the service call, it makes me really respect his business and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again if the need arises.

Glen was great! I originally thought I had to replace both my ignition and get a New set of keys. I called glen early in the morning after gettiing into my car and realizing I could not start my car. Glen answered the phone at about a 7:45am I asked if he could come and fix my issue today and he said yes. He worked with my schedule he came out as soon as I got home from work. after explaining my issue to Glenn and me explaining that I think I may need a new key and new ignition he said, "lets start with just the key". Not only was it just the key but he made a 2nd key with the censer for just $30.00 and he gave a 3rd key free of charge that did not have a sensor, but will unlock my car in case I lock my keys in the car. (Mind you, I've used all of my AAA for this year). Glen saved me over $100.00 dollars by not just assuming what was wrong. I called in the morning to have my new house re-keyed. I set an appointment with Glen to come out between 3 and 4pm that afternoon. He was punctual, arriving just after 3pm, and was very professional, personable, and courteous. I had six doors that needed to be re-keyed, and I overlooked the fact that three of the doors had locks on both sides when I provided the information over the phone and was quoted $15 per door (it should have been $15 per side). Glen was super gracious and honored the quoted price, even when I tried to meet him in the middle. He even pointed out a few things I needed to know about my doors. Not only that, but I was working on pulling staples up out of my floor base prepping to have new flooring put in, and he gave me a cool magnetic parts bowl for my staples...very thoughtful! I will definitely use this service again for future locksmith needs!
