This is only a 5 year old house but desperately needed ceiling fans for circulation.  Mr. O'Neill was very professional and very clear about his expected charges up front.  His installation fees for the fans was less than the company where I bought them would have charged.  Moving the chandelier was not an easy task since I had just had a 4 1/2' x 8' island created.  It took his knowledge and experience to know where to center the chandelier in reference to the various can lights already in the kitchen ceiling.  He did a spectacular job and was also able to recommend a superb "patch" contractor to patch the dry wall.   Mr. O'Neill was extremely neat with the construction dust and also shopped for parts that were needed.  He was good at problem solving, too.
