It went well. Phil came out same week that I called. He was very professional and work was done very quickly. I would definitely use him again !!!!

It went very well. I had Sac-Town out many years ago to replace the same springs so I called them again late at night with my door stuck partially open. He talked me thru how to get the door shut for the night and arranged for spring replacement the next day. He came out on time calling ahead as he said, did the job quickly including a lube of the door, taught me some stuff about the door that I did not know, salvaged what we could of the old spring so maybe the next fix will not be as expensive, and only charged me a few dollars more than the price from many years ago. Now I have a functional and quiet garage door. Simple, fast and efficient.

I've done business with Sactown Overhead Doors twice now and plan on sticking with them whenever I need assistance.  Phil has always been great.  One little hiccup with who helps out on the weekends being an hour late without calling.  But Phil corrected the miscommunication as soon as he was made aware of the situation.  Everything worked out great.

Have used this company twice before this event with Highly satisfactory results. This time "Phil" gave me the number for Wayne Dalton main outlet in Florida and told me what to request. The replacement parts, motor and drive gear were sent by WD, free of charge (door drive is 6 years old) Repairs were completed promptly and the door works like a dream, whisper quiet. This is a very straight guy, does excellent work.
