Randy "got" us from the first meeting. He understood exactly what we wanted - the size, the type, the look and the timeline. Randy was wonderful about communication. If I couldn't reach him directly and left a message, I received a call back or e-mail within hours. I never got frustrated - which, having worked with many types of building professionals, is the highest compliment I can give. Our building turned out beautifully and is exactly what we wanted. We are so happy with Randy we have retained him to plan our whole-house renovation.
