The heat was out in a house that we rent to tenants, and they were hosting Thanksgiving dinner! I quickly called around, compared responses and estimates, and finally made arrangements with Pro Heating and Air to come do the repair. The technician was prompt and polite. He installed the new motor quickly and efficiently, and he was so pleasant and nice, my tenants invited him for Thanksgiving. More than six months later, everything is still working just fine.

He told us that the freon wouldn't stay in air condition because it was leaking out. It lasted 3 days and then quit again just like he said it would. Very nice friendly person and he was knowledgeable about central heating and air conditioning.
But very expensive.

Following inspection, provided quote to replace. Quote was very high compared to others. When we said no thanks, company tried to talk us into just replacing one duct for $1000, using "fast talking, hard sell" tactics.

Spent long time researching A-C contractors for this project. Got ideas and estimates from 5-6 over several years. Met Sherm and his wife while they were installing few of our neighbors A-C units. When time came to replace ours, had narrowed my choices to Pro-Air and one other. Both were within few dollars of each others bid. Pro-Air is quick to resolve issues afterward. We are very satisfied.

THEY ARE GOOD and RELIABLE. HE HAD IT ALL SCHEDULED BEFORE HAND and HE CAME ON TIME. THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS CAME OUT TO DO THE WORK HIMSELF and HE DID A GOOD JOB.
